Session Information

• Sessions take place on a compact fully equipped outdoor court, with a professional ring, backboard, and playing surface, designed for safe and focused basketball training.

Weather & Rescheduling

• Outdoor sessions may be impacted by adverse weather. Safety is our priority.

• If a session cannot proceed due to weather, you may choose to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

• Please keep weather in mind when booking and contact us if you have any concerns.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

• Sessions cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are always eligible for reschedule or refund.
